it's exhausting losing weight, gaining weight, losing weight, gaining weight. this time I am totally changing my lifestyle - eating habits, exercise routine, etc - so that when the weight comes off, it stays off. my biggest problem is motivation and sticking to something, which is so strange because you'd think me not fitting in clothes and dreading being in a bathing suit this summer (particularly our family vacation in august) would be motivation enough.
but, here goes nothing!
