I must say I enjoyed my 3 day weekend and ate some foods I have not eaten in awhile. The fattening type. Of course they tasted very good and I only had a slight guilt going on. I only gained 0.8 lbs so I guess I did not over do it to much!
263.8 lb Lost so far: 46.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week
