YEST: 20U. Last morning, ate leftover grilled chicken salad from McDonalds with McDonalds dressing(very little). Drank 49.8 oz H2O (3 bottles); not 64 oz. Ate #2 extra Melma toast. walked around the black last evening. Has stressful conversation with sister last evening. +BM.
TODAY: walk around the block twice. left inner sole foot pain. Go to storage for scales. 4 bottles of water today. Strickly stick 2 diet.
271.1 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 81.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
