LOL grab a coffee with splenda or the sugar free sweetener syrups they have now instead. You can do this, you have already lost over 20 pounds!

Yes you can do this! I buy the dunkin donuts flavored coffee grounds (hazelnut and french vanilla) I mix them and add cream and splenda and it kills that need/craving for the junk! :)
