I know people say to weigh in once a week, but if I dont step on the scale I tend to make excuses and say to myself that cheating one day will not hurt I have 6 other days to work at it, then it turns into 2 days, then 3 days then somehow I am at the weekly weighin and I decide to skip it because I know it will be bad. Anyway for near future I will be weighing in daily otherwise I go off track and my wedding is just over 100 days away.
403.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 8.4 lb a week

Just remember that even though your weight goes up, it does not mean it's fat gain! so many things go into your weight fluxuation; hormones, digestive contents, water weight from increased carbs.
