One week now since foot surgery. Between nausea from the pain meds no activity at all I'd had no appetite. I can't take credit for sticking to any diet since only toast, cottage cheese, fruit and chicken soup appeal to me. I've lost 9 of the 10 lbs I put on since ski season and this move. No I never recorded my 10 lb gain here. Too embarrassed especially since I knew I was making bad food choices and I ate it anyway.
