I'm down to 273, need to increase my carb intake I notice that when I do my weight drops. I've been keeping my calorie intake to less than a 1000 a day. I keep my carb intake between 50 to 75 grams a day and protein at about 100 grams. I am trying to introduce more fruit into my meals but a lot of it is carbs and not so much protein. I am also starting working out with a 8 lb. medicine ball for 20 minutes and doing more walking (3 miles) a day.
