Well, quitting smoking has been going good. I do feel the need to eat everything in sight though. But I have to say that I binged on a bag of rice cakes...so much better than choclated chip cookies and cinnabon! I may not lose much this week, but at least I won't gain any. I hope!! But instead of just giving up like I usually do, I just keep trying the next day. Some progress is better than none!!

Great job on the smoking thing! Sounds like your getting back into the groove with the healthier snacks too! I quit smoking about 9 years ago, and have been struggling with my weight since I was in 4th grade! I think you have a great positive attitude going, and that is going to take you FAR! Keep up all the good work!

Cool... that you quit smoking..i smoked 15 years ago..after i quit smoking food started tasting so good..eat lots of carrots/celery good luck
