Day 10: I usually prepare my lunches and meals in the morning when I wake up, but this morning was a complete write off (I missed my alarm and woke up late), so not a good start for the day.
I decided instead that today I would order healthy options from the "healthy" take-away at our building: A health Breakfast (Muesli, yogurt, fruit and honey) and a salad for lunch. Much to my dismay, that Health Breakfast cost me 542 calories and the salad 467 calories. And I was just to busy to pre-record my food before I made those choices.
Lesson learnt: ALWAYS PREPARE!!! Know what you are going to have beforehand and prepare for the day.

I love this quote..its so true :) 'By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.', Abraham Lincoln. It will get easier as you go along :) Don't be so hard on yourself...at least it was healthy cals. Could have been way worse. ;-)

Awesome quote to live by :). And you are so correct, it could've been alot worse. Plus I learnt that preparation is so important.

what i do is prepare cooked meals on Sunday afternoons for the weeks lunch. I don't make supper we basically eat our supper for lunch(heavy meals) and then at night we go for light meals , like salads , boiled eggs, provitas , home made shakes and so on. just want to say I love both quotes gonna print and past on my board at my desk. today was hard for me was in the mood to eat, just wanted the mouth to move, and at work we have only this small type of shops not really healthy options, so i bought the raw peanuts en raisins, wasn't the best tasting thing but i say its better than having a packet of chips.

Ag, you always have days like that, where all you want to do is EAT!!! I like your Sunday afternoon preparation idea. Sometimes I get home from a hectic workout session and the last thing I want to do is think about lunch for the next day. And some mornings (ok most mornings) I sleep through my alarm.
