I don't know why I have been so out of it. I stopped running the week of going to Cancun. This weekend we went to Vegas and I really wanted to work out in the A.M. I took my workout clothes, but we were out until really late at night and didn't get to bed until the A.M. So it was impossible for me to get up and have energy enough to run. Anyhow I'm trying to be good during the week so at least I don't feel so guilty. I know I've not been following the plan like I should. I wouldn't be surprised by my weigh in today cause I pretty much did it to myself by not following my plan. We'll see how I do. I'm almost weighing in soon.

Well, that happens, especially in vacation time, however, I think the important thing is that you have not given up or quit altogether. You can undo the vacation weight and continue where you left off =).. maybe do a little extra this week just to make up for it. add 10 minutes to your workout. Dont feel bad =) Im no one to talk though.. ive not used the treadmill since the first week i tried this website... but im not giving up.. lol

Ana, I've read that when you can't work out, you have to control what you can, and that's your food intake. As long as you are watching what you eat, not working out shouldn't affect you too badly. Just get back to what you were doing when you were losing and you should be gold again. : ) Good luck!!
