I feel like I'm eating very healthy and under my RDCI but i'm feel like i'm gaining, I haven't weighed in this week yet, I will tomorrow, but I have a bad feeling that it's going to show a positive gain instead of a nice 1-2 lb loss... I'm so close to my goal and if eating healthy and eating this little every day only makes me stay the same weight, then I will never be able to enjoy food again! Not fair!
