Hi!
I'm back. So, it will be 4 months tomorrow that I had bilateral knee replacement. I am down to 228 lbs. from 348 lbs that I weighed on the date of my surgery. Need to join a gym again to strength train and continue loss. I started a challenge as well. Wish me well.
