I have not recorded a weight on Fatsecret, but I have gained 1.4 pounds. My diet start date was actually on Wednesday. (I did a cleanse on Monday and Tuesday.) Just hoping for my ego that I can drop those 1.4 plus more by this Wednesday. Gee whiz!
