Started induction again today as had a bit of carb creep lately!
248.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

NIP IT RIGHT IN THE BUD. Those stinking carbs just like to creep on back don't they? Tighten the screws and shoot for a calorie deficit that would make you feel right. One day leads to two then a whole year before you know it. Keep on the quest!
