Well, I have been taking apple cider vinegar capsules with every meal (when I remember), cayenne pepper in the am and pm, coconut oil and cinnomon every am...and I really don't see a change in my inches/weight. So I will finish up these weight loss practices and not waste money on any more gimmicks. I am frustrated. I eat right every day, don't eat a lot of junk, have come off diet sodas, quit drinking altogether (15 months now)...and I just as fat as i was at this time last year. I give up...
180.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
