Im slowly getting back on track. I lost 2lbs this week, probably should have been more but we had managers meetings and bad food everywhere. I was pretty good, but I had one cheat everyday.Yesterday was a horrible day because I took my closest friend out to lunch and we went to a coffee shop and had coke and pound cake. And then the hubby took my to my favorite walkup for chicken... It was not a productive day. But this week, Im back on my cardio. Ive been out the game working out consistenly for almost a month. I'll start light and work back up to build muscle. This is also the last week before school starts. YIKES, kindergarten for my son!
Im going to start journaling my food next week. I have to work on one challenge at a time or I wont do it right!!!
Anyway have a great week FS folks... We are in this together!!
