Have posted to my food journal every day...whether I like what I had to post or not. I have been quite good with my food choices giving up dessert or barely having a bite. I never intended to deprive myself but just be reasonable with what type of food I eat and watch portion size.
Didn't do as well with my breakfast challenge but have certainly had a significant improvement.
Baby steps.
