About last night... It was Cinco de Mayo and my friend's birthday. We celebrated with fajitas and margaritas. I didn't bother logging it, because the restaurant is local and it would have been a pain to recall each ingredient in the rice, beans and fajita skillet. Oh well. That day only comes once a year. I'm back on track today and I have done 2 workouts already.

I went grocery shopping today. I bought lots of fruit, veggies, yogurt and chicken. I made soup today with onions, carrots, celery, red potatoes, garlic and shredded chicken. It was fantastic and 2 cups is only 422 calories!
