Been a couple of months. religiously working out without dieting. The problem was my weight would go between 192-198 for the entire 4 months. About two weeks ago I went on Adkins with pretty good results. 4/22 197.6 4/23 195.2 4/24 192.8 4/25 191.2 4/26 190.4 4/27 189.4 4/28 192 4/29 190.2 4/30 189.2 5/1 188.4 5/2 188.0 5/3 186.4 5/4 185.4 5/5 186.8 about a 11-12 lb loss in just under 2 weeks. I have a Cruise starting Sunday so the diet should shrink my stomach and I'll be less likely to pack it away. Looks like I should make the goal of 32 inch pants by Memorial Day. Ill try on Friday when I finish the diet. The workout gets more intense every week and my results are showing. Hope to get to 182 by Friday so I can call it an even 30 lbs since the start of my changed lifestyle
