I went over my Rdi by a bit a couple days ago and my sodium was off the charts. I know the gain this week is water weight. I will do a more accurate weigh in once it drops off.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
