Diet followed well for the majority of days, had 2 or 3 days where i had a really bad chill, Whilst i didnt really go to town with the food in the way of overeating i could have made better choices. I Also did virtually no exercise for around 3 or 4 days.

Dont get me wrong im happy with the result but could kick myself for lacking self control.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for the support everyone :) - im going to try even harder this week and in the rest of the challenge weeks to come . ( its a personal challenge between a few people on facebook ) There are around 10 weeks left but i think a few people would like to extend it another 4 weeks - suits me fine :)
