Deleted the app on my BlackBerry, started running every other day, stopped drinking coffee daily, eliminated pop almost 100%. Eliminated hamburgers, only get healthier choices when I do eat fast food. Drinking a lot more water.
188.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
