Today, I sleep in my sweat suit for three hours. I'm trying to plan a exercise routine . I do not care to drink water but I know it has to be done. So far, I drink three 27 oz cup of water. Please help me with some ideas.

Add crystal light or other sugar free mix to flavor your water. I also hate drinking water. Yuck! sometimes I'll drink a sparkling lemon water like Perrier to shake things up.

Get a gallon jug. I do it and I can make sure that I get enough water each and everyday.

It's good to be sure to drink it cold and lemon to it.

I have 3 20 oz things to keep fluids in - if I set them up in the morning, I have them ready if I go out of the apartment. I try to drink water close to when I get up. I find I get quite distracted and don't notice I'm thirsty actually - until I have a headache. So I will need to set a timer- alarm for myself.

I add a little water enhancement liquid. It is near the juices and water at Wallmart. It is a 3" plastic squeeze bottle and costs about$2.50 and has about 25 servings. Many flavors and sugar free. I get best value, wallmart brand, and like the orange, grape, raspberry lemonade and fruit punch. I rarely drank water before I found this flavoring

I did the water enhancement bit for a long time, and also the lemon bit. Eventually i got to point where i made certain days of the week "pure water" days. Eventually i got to where i only drank water after a while of trading days (w exception of protein drinks).

i keep plenty of bottled water in fridge ready at all times, as tap water isn't as cold or taste as good to me now that i've become used to bottled water.
