So as to not let my metabolism slow down I've been spiking my calorie intake once or twice a week. I haven't been working out much lately, but once a week I either walk or hike 2-5 miles depending on where I go to at the time. I need to weight train badly in order not to lose muscle as a result of cutting my calories so much. I plan on going to the gym a bit more regularly from now on.
