Feeling like crap. Headachey, difficulty concentrating, eyes tired and hazy. I have to work really hard to focus. My sinuses are acting up, sneezing, lots of drainage.
131.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

A little tip would be to up your salt intake (quality sea salt is best- and good for you!) Low carb diets cause your kidneys to excrete more sodium so you need to provide your body with more than you would on a high carb diet (carbs cause your kidneys to retain salt). Look this up and you will find plenty of advice from other keto dieters who experience the same thing. Also, healthy fats are you're friend where energy levels are concerned. I hope that helps- its rubbish when being healthy makes you feel ill! Good luck
