Making a new start with Slim Tuition and Mindfulness. Four x food packs plus green salad weekdays; 3 x food packs plus one normal meal at weekends. 11stone 9lb today. Good group meeting. Feel up for it and looking forward to the next six weeks when I will lose a lot, then will level out with mindful eating after that. Aim to lose a stone in the next six weeks. Am sure I can do it. And I know I will feel healthier, more energetic, more attractive, much more comfortable and pleased with myself.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.5 lb a week
