Started following the 21 day fix eating plan 2 days ago. Sticking to it closely but not completely. Mainly making sure I'm getting 3 meals in a day and that they are well balanced.
160.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
