I have not been following any kind of diet since Christmas 2014 hence the increase in weight. I have been eating far too much chocolate and crisp's so now decided to put a stop to this. I have begun to track my diet from yesterday again to make sure I do not over eat as this worked for me best in the past. I fill in my daily intake of food onto the 'perfect diet tracker' software as this has always been a good app for me. I am now determined to be at my Ideal weight by October 2015 when I will be 55 years old.
