So, I've been thinking, with help from a friend,... I think it's my crazy mind that has made me think the 300cals twice a week and 1000 the other five days is a good idea.
I'm now going to alter it, 500 cals two days a week and 1800 the other five days.

I do less than 400 2 days a week, and less than 1250 5 days, averaging just over 900 daily and am losing nicely

I eat regularly throughout the day and am rarely hungry, except on my lower calorie days, but I never do my 2 days consecutively, so I can easily go a day slightly hungry as I know I can eat again the next day

Awesome :-D im still learning how many calories are in what foods. I need to sort my sleep out as well so i can have breakfast etc. I sleep late from my medications and general tirednes. Ill keep your plan in mind if i end up not being comfortable with my cals.. or use it in the future :-)
