I am getting such bad headaches since I am not drinking Red Bull and as many Dr. Peppers as I was. Hope this stops soon!
260.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

it will! =) right now all those bad toxins are coming out, you will fell crap for a day or so then you will feel great and not need them any more =) same happened to me when I went off coffee
