The scale did a bigger jump down today. Hope that doesn't mean it will jump up a little tomorrow. No sweets yesterday. Super hard when the lemon tart was put out at lunch. Putting out the cookie samples sure is a test! Doing it again today!
131.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
