Walked 2.7 miles watching the sun slowly setting. A lovely evening to unwind with a good stroll.

Treadmill 30 min elipical 30 min than I do things at home like my beach body by tony hornton and my biggest loser for legs and little weights . I know its alot I do it everday but get results! And have a lot of gym buddies!
