I'm actually pretty pumped. I have lost 5 lbs so far and a have about another 12 lbs to go. Im not counting calories at all just not eating carbs. i always knew carbs were the enemy (my mom used to do atkins) but this has been going better than expected. I try to eat reduced fat and low fat options because I am consuming more fat than I normally would. I still drink with my friends but i try and stick to vodka and club soda but sometimes I have wine or at a moment of weakness, a mojito (with splenda)!
