I haven't weighed myself in a couple of weeks and I've found that I'm losing more weight when I don't weigh myself as often. To feel like I'm actually getting somewhere is making me feel like a new person and so much better. I don't know what is in store for me but I have a feeling that I am becoming a much happier person ☺️☺️
