Spectacular day yesterday….First did a 60 minute hard run followed by 22 minutes on the Stairmaster. Very tough workout. Run in heat was challenging. Ate very well CRON….did hit 1800 Calories as needed the Cals to support the Cal depletion.

All great food….ANGIOGENESIS foods galore.

Onwards and upwards!!
176.6 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 12.6 lb a week
