I think this challenge will be good. Entering the truth for people to see is a wake-up call. No wonder I've been trying to loose the same 10 pounds for 2 years. I'm going to up my water today, watch my snacking and cut the sweets. My relationship with food is really bad! Guess I'm off for a bike ride to make up for yesterday.

I agree. With Fatsecret it helps to see what and how much you eat. I have a hard time inputting the exercise activity portion cuz it takes me hours trying to put all what i did down and for how long. But I find the food entry much easy to do and because of that - it helps me see how many calories i eat and what is left of my daily allowable intake. Good luck with your journey, I have a long way to go to my goal but with the help of Android apps I have lost 10 lbs in few months.

Keep tracks of your net carbs. Fat secret is awesome cause it will calculate your net carbs for you. You could easily lose those stubborn 10 pounds if you kept a close eye on those dang carbs. It is probably gonna have to take a lot of will power, especially if you work at a bakery. Good luck and remember to enter all your food and record in your journal, even when you screwed up. :)

Thanks so much. It really is embarrassing when you have a bad day but I'm glad i owned up to it. The challenges are really good because it gives me a tight focus. Great idea on the net carbs. I just need to look up what I need to keep it under. Will Power has always been the key and I need to use some! I do whine a lot because I like to eat and calorie allowance just doesn't let me. I need to substitute something else.
