I have really not done a good job on getting the weight thing under control--we leave for the beach in 30 days--so I have 30 days to losee at least 6 pounds--let's get going on that

O' Douls
Shake in the morning
walk 30 mins a day on top of my normal exercise.

Let's go --this morning I was at 134.8--a mess--perilously closeo to 135, my top eight in 3 years--I don't want to be here. I'm ready--going to fix my shake in a moment.
134.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
