I haven't taken my health seriously, but it is time to do so. So I started from the weekend, but today is the real thing!!! I have a simple diet schedule and a walking/running schedule. I am very excited to see the results.
288.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 79.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Thank you very much for the support!! @Beautiful Ones: You are doing fine with swimming and rollerblading, but try to add at least 2 times a week a 30-min easy walk and in no time you will start noticing the different. @Syndie55: Thank you so much!!
