I use a lot of excuses, why I don't exercise, why I binge eat, why I eat chocolate and candy at work. MY LIFE IS NOT THAT STRESSFUL! Why do I think I am so picked on. Why do I keep procrastinating this weight loss journey?

I AM IN! I had a really good planned out day. I packed our lunches last night. I set out my clothes, I woke up early and started out my day PERFECTLY. I was able to count calories, follow my eating schedule and walk during my lunch like I had planned.

Plan:
Not deprive myself but still count calories.
Eat healthy snacks throughout the day.
Exercise everyday.
Drink lots of water.

I am doing it this time!

I am not sure what you refer to as healthy snacks. If they are store bought and not fruits or veggies then make sure you read the label, you may really be surprised, I was.
