I use a lot of excuses, why I don't exercise, why I binge eat, why I eat chocolate and candy at work. MY LIFE IS NOT THAT STRESSFUL! Why do I think I am so picked on. Why do I keep procrastinating this weight loss journey?
I AM IN! I had a really good planned out day. I packed our lunches last night. I set out my clothes, I woke up early and started out my day PERFECTLY. I was able to count calories, follow my eating schedule and walk during my lunch like I had planned.
Plan: Not deprive myself but still count calories. Eat healthy snacks throughout the day. Exercise everyday. Drink lots of water.
I am doing it this time!
