I am going to remember to count my points and activity. My focus will be on not mindlessly eating. I want to drink at least 6 glasses of water today. Next day-had company overnight and went out for fruit and yogurt crepes at Bob Evans. Ran out of time to shop so had a McD's hamburger and yogurt parfeit for lunch. We're going to Bonefish w/Ken's sister and husband. I will try to redeem the day by passing on wine and bread. Tomarrow is a new day. I need to plan better!!!
