I HATE MY BODY. Yesterday My friend got approached by a guy. It made me feel worthless. I just want to feel pretty is that to much to ask. When people first see you it on looks. So I really want to loose weight. But im so lazy and have no determination but that's gonna change. I need 2 months to loose at least 25 pounds and more. Can someone please help me with a plan please.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I wish I had an answer for you. There really is no magical plan to weight loss. Everyone is different. My best advice to you is cut out fast foods (if you've been eating them) and other highly processed foods (especially ones that contian High Fructose Corn Syrup). Eat more whole foods like fruits, veggies, chicken, lean meats, etc. Cook more on your own so you can control the calorie portion. Stay away from things fried. Order anything steamed when going out. Portion control!!! Lay off too much alcohol (calorie bombs!) Give yourself a treat every week - frozen yogurt, sorbet, ice cream, whatever you crave, have it once a week. I kickstarted my weight loss with slim fast for lunch because I found most of my calories were coming in during lunch time. Try to pack your own lunches because eating out during lunch time can be detrimental to any diet.

Oh: PS: Most of us on here still feel the same way about our bodies. I think it takes a long time for your mind to catch up to your body.
