Today is the 3rd day that my 23 year old daughter decided to start the south beach diet. I am glad that she decided to take care of herself. So we will see how we are doing. I thought it would be good to be in this together because she is spending the next week at home so it will be easier if we do it together,especially since my hubby is not in any kind of dirt or exercise Good Easter week end everyone
