feeling like I have lost control over what I eat, quantity, especially. I am now almost not fitting into my size 10 pants and feeling overwhelmed. it's a struggle to walk up and down stairs. My concerns are with Diabetes and my back as far as physical concerns. Emotionally and psychologically, I don't feel good about myself. I need to get back to 140. It's doable and achievable. Drink at least 8 glasses of water. Eat less throughout the day and do not eat past 7:30.
