I use to b 310 lbs and lost down to 198. I went through some depression and rough times. I turned back to my comfort foods and gained back to 285 lbs. February 15th I have started to get the weight off again. I am now down to 256 lbs and it's so hard to keep motivated. I hope with the nice weather we are having I can get really motivated and get ride of this extra weight.
