Im super pissed i quit working out and letting myself go. After my Fiancee left to go back to his base i guess i went into emotional eatting and thats were i messed up. before i knew it i gained 15 lbs!!! i have to get back into shape before my wedding in August. everything has to be perfect !!

It happens to the best of us. When we are sad, food takes the place of what we are missing. So you gained weight. Just get back on your diet and lose those pounds. You mentioned everything had to be perfect for your wedding. It is already perfect if you have found the one you love. Good Luck.
