Good. I've lost almost all the weight I put on with my week of being off program. This last week I went to the gym 5 times doing the elliptical 33 minutes each time. And on the weekend I did some gardening/weeding. So exercise helped I'm sure. I also eliminated my sugar free jello and all Atkins shakes/bars/treats. I'm going to stay on induction at least one more week and keep doing the same as I have the last week.
