well well well.... I am back to 60 from 54 last june 2010.... such a dissappointment... thanks to my irregular eating habits and the high calorie foods that i ve been having consistently.
I realize that weight loss is temprorary... coz we are just used to getting back to having as much as we did when we gained weight...
Last year when i lost 6 KG's (from 60 to 54 between april and june) - i just had did following lifestyle changes:- [b][b][b] 1. No dinner after 8... ie clubbing evening snacks and dinner) - your body gets used to it in two weeks... so its just an initial struggle of two weeks.
2. A big NO to fried stuff more than once in a week. this helped me big time. i had high calorie and fat food many a times but not fried. An apple and green tea every day.
3. Swimming or walking in the morning.. (really helped as i used to have nuthing at nite)... without any expectations of weight loss.. just taking it as a part of a routine.
I strongly feel that weightloss should be accompanied my habits we plan to carry life long... to stay fit forever.. and not temp changes.
I plan to get back to the same.. for my betterment... and use this as a way to loose weight :).
