good day yesterday….fast ended yesterday around 3 PM….Water only for 47 Hours. No exercise. After fast ate very well Fresh Juice , Honey Dew, In the evening had Vegetarian Sushi. 8 Pieces. Fruits and Veggies Had my prunes, dates, oranges, 3 cups of amazing blueberries and of course wonderful sunflower seeds…

All in all an awesome day.

food can be your friend once taste buds are retrained and not bombarded with FAT SWEET & SALT. Since eating CRON and fasting I have learnt that food particularly in North America is an addiction as powerful as any drug or alcohol. We have lost touch with eating for nutrition.

Well onward and upwards!!
178.6 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
