Well after no weight loss last week down again !! I know I shouldn't weigh myself everyday but its hard not too when I am trying so hard to eat well I want to be rewarded!

I have my period so I guess that is good since usually I gain a few during this time. I especially get swelling in my legs from water weight during my period so maybe this will make weight loss again next week.

I know I have to start exercising but I just hate it and i am so out of shape its going to be so ugly!

218.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 78.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
