I still have a bunch of my own. I try to do them twice a year and that's good for me. Hope your blood tests come out good

will have results back on the 9th of april.go away on the 13th so hope I don't have the dreaded needle before I go.hope your doing well,i have had one or two slip ups(red wine)this week when I had visitors.oh well onward and upward.take care x
